NOTE: Always make sure to record a video of opening the package after you receive your order

Return-conditions


In case of any problem, it needs to be reported to us within 24 hours of the delivery.

Exchange can be reported to us in the following Cases:

  • All sales are final at MAK unless there was a wrong item sent by human error, a replacement after the return will be sent out immediately. 
  • You have received Double orders.

  • You have received the Wrong quantity.
  • You have received the Wrong Size.
  • You have received the Wrong Color.

 

Requirements to initiate a return or exchange:

  2. Share the recorded video and clear pictures. (In case of duplicate/double orders provide pictures of both the orders)

  3. Make sure a clear picture of the address label is included. (In case of duplicate/double orders provide pictures of both the orders)

Disqualification for Return or exchange:

  1. If the case is reported after 24 hours of the delivery date.

  2. Pictures and/or videos are not clear enough.

  3. In case of a Duplicate or Wrong product, the parcel is not intact i-e the packing or bubble wrap is removed or the product is used.

  4. The address label is missing.

  5. The required information is not complete.

Courier Service Liability: 

Please note MAK is not liable for damage executed by the courier company and receiver must file the claim under their recepeient clause to the courier company.

We are not the owners or risk takers of the courier companies themselves, our team will happily help you through the process but insurance claim must be filed through the recipient.

 

How it works:

This process may take up to 10-15 working days. All the gathered information is forwarded to concerned departments i-e courier partner, production department, and dispatching team. After the investigation is completed, you will get compensation as per the requirement.
