Q1 - When will my order ship?
A- All orders placed via regular delivery option will deliver between 3-5 business days after payment verification and processing; orders placed via express or premium delivery will follow the urgent delivery protocols.
Q2- How do I track my order?
A- Tracking your order is easy, after placing your order, you will be given a tracking number along with link by our operation's specialist.

Q4- How do I return an item?
A- All items sold at MAK are final sale items.
Q5- What countries do you ship to?
A- Pakistan, U.A.E, Europe
Q6- Can I cancel my order?
A- We can't cancel orders, once process of checkout has been initiated or manual invoice has been sent post client confirmation initiated by client themselves.
Q7- Do you accept backorders for items that are out of stock?
A- While we don't accept backorders, we're constantly updating our inventory. If you want to buy something that's out of stock—we suggest you check back regularly.
Q8- Do you have pre-sales?
A- At this time, we don't offer any pre-sales.

A- To help you pick the right size, we've included size variations directly on the product page for most of our apparel items.You can also contact us for any kind of confusion related to size and we shall help you!
